Nivek Design engineer Multi Layer, PTH, Single sided, Microwave
& Flexi printed circuit boards. We run a DRC to your manufacturing specs, modify
the data to meet these requirements, add your tooling, create the
NC drill & rout files and output the netlist. We’ll add fiducials &
resist where required and remove any unwanted pads from NPTH
holes for tenting.
At Nivek Design we can lay out your front panels from drawings
supplied, using different fonts where required and produce the
finished film ready for screen printing.
Nivek Design automate as many processes as possible by writing
Scripts that repeat your tooling in the exact position to ensure
that you tooling is exactly as you require, every time.
Nivek Design can supply you with electronic data in the form
of DPF, RS274x, HPGL, Postscript, GWK, DXF, Sieb & Meyer
& Excellon NC Drill & Rout plus bare board test data in various
formats e.g. IPC-D-365A, BSL, Olivetti, Probot, Mania Saphire.
Nivek Design has many years experience in converting one data
format into another to provide manufacturing data to the printed circuit board
industry. We create NC drill files with 1st & last holes plus your
external tooling, robber bars, thieving & venting etc. Plus NC
